New cap with spout

The cap with an extendable tube previously used on manual transmission and axle oils is gradually being replaced by a new one with an extendable spout. This one stands out due to its easy handling. Without using much force, a spout of 55mm can be pulled out of the cap. The front 35mm only have a diameter of 10mm. This enables easier and more precise filling via the filler necks, which are sometimes difficult to access.

In case the whole bottle cannot be emptied, the new spout is clearly improved compared to its predecessor. Thanks to a screwable top, the bottle can be tightly closed and stored again. If the extendable spout is not used, the whole cap can still be unscrewed.

Since the cap can be fitted fully automatically on our new filling line for 1L bottles, the following products will be equipped with this practical variant with the next productions:
