Oel-Brack AG gets API license

The American Petroleum Institute API operates the Engine Oil Licensing and Certification System (EOLCS), a voluntary licensing and certification programme that entitles engine oil manufacturers and distributors who meet specified requirements to use the API Engine Oil Quality Marks.

EOLCS is designed to promote trust between the oil and additive industry and engine and vehicle manufacturers. Companies and products can be licensed. Oel-Brack AG is to be found exclusively among the licensed manufacturers of engine oils far beyond Switzerland. Midland ecoblend 5W-30 and synqron 0W-20 were the first products to be licensed.
