Le Mans winner becomes ambassador

Fabio Scherer, who won the 2023 24 Hours of Le Mans in the LMP2 category, becomes a Midland brand ambassador.

The young driver knows no pain: he succeeded with a broken foot at «100 years of Le Mans» and defeated all other teams in the second-highest category with his team-mates. Fabio is a fan of Swiss quality and has therefore been focussing on Midland for some time now. He discovered the Swiss quality lubricants in karting, his second passion.

Midland lubricants are produced in Hunzenschwil, Aargau, in Switzerland's most modern fully automated production plant for lubricants and meet the highest standards. «In Midland, I have found a partner with whom I not only share common interests, but also a tangible passion. The Swiss company Midland produces absolute high-end products and I am proud to be their ambassador», says the young driver.

After returning to Team United Autosports, Fabio Scherer will once again take part in the European Le Mans Series (ELMS) in 2024 and return to Le Mans, where he intends to defend his victory on the anniversary. His dream is to contest the 24 Hours of Le Mans as well as the 24 Hours of Daytona and the Indianapolis 500 - and preferably to win them too. By taking victory at Le Mans 2023, he has shown that he has what it takes.
