1st prize

A day at the racetrack: experience a day at the wheel of a Ligier MySpyder on a racetrack in France under professional guidance. Travel expenses are not included. A valid category B driving licence is required.
2nd prize

Two VIP passes for a hill climb in German-speaking Switzerland with a ride in a race taxi. A day of pure racing excitement. The times for the race taxi rides will be announced at short notice on the day of the event. Only one person can ride at a time.

Important information about the contest:
1. Organiser
The #MidlandinAction photo contest is organised by Oel-Brack AG, Rupperswilerstrasse 3, 5502 Hunzenschwil.
2. Participation
All persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Switzerland are eligible to participate. Employees of Oel-Brack AG and their relatives are excluded. The contest runs from 20 October to 30 November 2025.
3. Conditions of participation
To participate, upload a photo you have taken yourself showing a Midland product ‘in action’, i.e. in use or being used. The photo must be submitted or uploaded to the designated page by 30 November 2025. There, you must fill out the form and confirm the accuracy of the information with your digital signature.
4. Rights of use
By participating, participants expressly agree that Oel-Brack AG may use the submitted photos without restriction in terms of time, space and content for all possible marketing and communication purposes (e.g. social media, website, print products, advertising). There is no explicit right to attribution of authorship. The copyright remains with the participants. By uploading the photos, participants automatically guarantee that they are the authors of the uploaded photos and that they have all the necessary rights.
5. Personal rights
If persons are recognisable in the submitted photos, the participant of the contest confirms that these persons have consented to publication.
6. Prizes and selection of winners
The winners will be selected by a jury from Oel-Brack AG and notified by email by 15 December 2025 at the latest. There is no right of appeal. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition.
7. Data protection
The data collected as part of the competition will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition and will not be passed on to third parties, unless this is essential for the execution or handover of the prizes.
8. Miscellaneous
The competition organiser, Oel-Brack AG, reserves the right to change or terminate the competition at any time if it deems this necessary for important reasons.
