The new representative in Aargau
After completing his apprenticeship as a truck mechanic and driver, Christian Bachmann explored the world – or at least Europe and the Middle East – on international transport routes. But that wasn't enough for him. So he travelled longer and further, spending several months in the USA, Australia, New Zealand and most recently in Asia.
After a decade as a lorry driver, he set up his own small car garage in the Lucerne area. There he was already using Midland lubricants. After a good five years with his own garage, he was employed again for ten years as a workshop manager before finally working in the trade of used trucks.
This summer, Christian Bachmann found a new home at Midland. As a Midland regional sales representative, he will now be looking after clients in Aargau. After a few weeks with a veteran colleague, he is already out and about on his own and enjoying his new role. ‘I feel very welcome and enjoy being on the road for our clients,’ he says with a smile.
